SHIPPING SERVICE:
We make every effort to ship your order out to you as quickly as possible. With thousands of items in stock there may be times when we are out of stock on an item, or that item maybe on back order. We will do our best to get your order complete or get that item as soon as possible. We provide fast, efficient shipping. If for any reason we can not send out your order we will notify you. In the U.S. all orders are shipped through Priority Mail. Elsewhere through the U.S. Post Office. Shipping charges are added to all orders. Returns that are to be credited to a card will have the original shipping charges subtracted from the credit.
RETURN POLICY:
The Beauty Box offers you our 100% satisfaction GUARANTEE. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt for a full refund of the item you have purchased! We will gladly accept all returns if contacted within the 7 day window period. The original shipping and handling charges will not be credited back to your charge card unless WE have made a mistake in sending the wrong item to you, or the item is defected in some way. All return requests must be accompanied by a written explanation of the reason for return. We accept charge cards from only the named person on the card being used. Please send to The Beauty Box.
